Question: What are the Navigational Guidance and Other zone types, and why don't I see them on my map?
These are two zone filters available on the routing map alongside existing zone types (HRA, Environmental, ECA, etc.).
Navigational Guidance Zones — areas with specific navigational considerations, such as traffic separation schemes, recommended tracks, or areas requiring special attention during passage planning. These can also be company-specific: your organisation can define custom Navigational Guidance zones reflecting your own navigational compliance rules and internal policies.
Other Zones — a flexible category for any zone type that doesn't fall under an existing classification, so no relevant area is left unrepresented on the map.
Why you might not see these filters: they only appear on the map if your organisation has polygons of these types configured. If your tenant has no Navigational Guidance or Other zone polygons set up, the filters won't display — this isn't a bug, it just means nothing's been configured for your account yet.
