Question: How do I manage contacts and contact groups, and how does that connect to VOP emails?
The Contact Book page, found in the Settings menu, lets you manage contacts and contact groups linked to your vessels and personnel.
What you can do there:
Create new contacts or contact groups
Update existing contact details
Delete outdated entries
Linking a contact group to a vessel means that group is automatically included in Voyage Optimisation Plan (VOP) emails whenever that vessel's voyage is planned or re-optimised — you don't need to add recipients manually each time.
