Question: How do I configure user notifications, and what do they cover?
User Notifications cover operational events including deviations, schedule changes, weather updates, geofencing, and more, delivered either in-app or by email.
To configure:
Go to your user settings on the ZeroNorth platform and open User Notifications.
Turn individual notifications on or off, and choose in-app or email delivery for each.
In-app notifications are on by default, so critical updates aren't missed unless you turn them off.
Settings apply across all vessels and operators under the account — this is a single, account-wide configuration point, not something set per vessel. Available to all customers, from Fleet Managers to Operators.
