Question: How do I generate a report of vessels in a specific zone, and why is a vessel missing from it?
Find the Vessels in Zones Report Generator in the Fleet Overview of Voyage Optimisation. From there you can generate two report types:
Current Zone Activity: a real-time report of all vessels currently located within a specific zone, for quick checks and immediate action.
Upcoming Zone Entries: a report of all vessels expected to enter a selected zone within a defined future date range, for proactive planning.
If a vessel is missing from a report: both report types only return vessels with an Active VOP. A vessel without an active plan won't appear, even if it's actually in the zone.
